Architectural and Interior Design services for new 13,000 sf health club in the heart of the growing South Lake Union district of Seattle. 1st expansion location for local business owner features open cardio, circuit and free-weight area with constant views of passing pedestrians and SLU Streetcar, featured rowing program channeling the historic activity of the neighborhood, spa-like locker rooms with dry sauna, large Group X studio with ample natural light, massage rooms, personal training areas and separate stretching zone all with attention to privacy.
Urban and warm interiors combine elements of concrete, color, stone, water, wood, glass, and lighting to highlight historic photography in gallery-style entry.
