Architectural, interior design and furniture selection services for Qliance's second location, a 5,500 sf new build-out in the Kent Station development. Qliance provides high-quality, membership-based primary care to patients of all ages and economic backgrounds. It is paramount to their business model for the clinics to reflect the same unique, non-medical feel as their different delivery model for healthcare. To establish a strong brand for Qliance through their built clinics, the same finishes from the Seattle location were applied to this clinic, a palette that mixes vibrant, contemporary colors with natural materials and textures to develop a warm, residential feel. The layout capitalizes on the ample natural light provided by the space's storefront, while still providing privacy for patients in the waiting room.
